The cabinet showed up with a dent on one side, which was disappointing. I sent over photos and then had to follow up a few times before I got a clear answer, which felt like more hassle than it needed to be. They did eventually respond and try to sort it out, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process felt slow and kind of frustrating. The cabinet itself is okay, but I feel like I’m not wrong for expecting better aftercare when something arrives damaged.

I had a good experience overall. They got back to me quickly each time and made sure I was kept in the loop, which I really appreciated. Nothing over the top, just clear communication and solid follow-up.

So overall, the cabinets are fine for what I paid, I guess. They look nice once they’re up, especially the doors, and at first glance I was happy with them. The corners of the box were crushed, and there really wasn’t much padding inside, which seems like a bad idea for furniture, but anyway. One of the panels had a small chip on it, so that wasn’t the best first impression. Not terrible overall, just frustrating.
